Flat rate: $10 Australia-wide
Free shipping: Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping.
Tracking: You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Pickup: Available in Sydney by arrangement.

We want you to love your CocoPearl candles. If something isn’t right, here’s what you need to know:

Change of mind: Returns accepted on unused candles in original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the product and packaging. We’ll replace or refund the item.
Custom orders: Personalized or custom candles are non-refundable unless faulty.
Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
