A: We use pure coconut wax and coconut–soy blends. Coconut wax burns cleaner, lasts longer, and holds fragrance beautifully.

Q: Do your candles smoke?
A: No β€” when burned properly, coconut wax burns cleaner than paraffin. Always keep the wick trimmed to 3–5 mm for best results.

Q: Are wooden wicks safe?
A: Yes. Wooden wicks are safe when used correctly β€” always burn candles on a heat-resistant surface and never leave unattended.

Q: How long should I burn my candle?
A: For the first burn, let the wax melt across the surface (1–2 hours) to prevent tunneling. After that, do not burn longer than 4 hours at a time.

Q: How do I trim a wooden wick?
A: Before each burn, gently pinch or trim the wick to about 3–5 mm.
